Reservations

We accept online reservations, accompanied by a reservation deposit. Your reservation request becomes a contract when you receive back a Booking Confirmation from us. Your deposit will be held as security against your reservation.

Tthe apartment rental becomes due for payment 2-4 week before the holiday date depending on length of stay. For reservations within 2 weeks of the holiday date the apartment rental becomes payable immediately.

We require a refundable damage deposit of £200 payable on or before arrival which is returned to you in full when you leave the apartment in good order.

Arrival/Departure

Earliest arrival time is 2pm, latest departure time is 11am, except by agreeement.

We include one free parking space (off street & private) for the duration of your stay & information aboute parking for additional cars.

Other conditions

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building, nor are pets.

We regret we cannot accept children under 8 except infants for whom we can provide a travel cot free of charge.

We regret that, as the apartment is on the 1st floor (one storey up) it is unsuitable for wheelchair access.
